Our oil comes from a cooperativ of the province of Essaouira, Marocco. This cooperativ was created by women to help women, by themselves, in difficulty. This oil is very precious, because the almond is extracted entirely manually by the women, and forty kilogrammes of fruits and fifteen hours of work are necessary to produce one litre of oil.

By getting this oil, you will participate to the regrowth of the forest and to the happiness of the productors, to better work conditions thanks to investments for presses to extract oil, to lower the pain of work, to longlasting development as training actions are undertaken.

Its very fine hazel nut taste makes an excellent oil of it to aromatize the salads, your vegetable or cereal dishes, to flavour the eggs, couscous, pasta... Always use after cooking.
